I highly recommend furniture from the Louden collection. We have side tables and dresser in our bedroom. A coffee table in living room. A special built piece with mirror to fit in entrance way.
Farm table with lazy Susan in dining area. My very favorite is a hutch with glass, lights and sliding doors. I don’t think I have seen another like it! Even from David! I know I am missing something.
The furniture is well built and beautifully finished. Ours still looks good after all these years. We are very happy with all the furniture made by David. We sold many pieces in White Interiors Store. Nice furniture!
Louden Furniture is amazing, we purchased our table from David and like everyone he kept us up to date on the timeline. Since we received our piece it is by far my most favorite piece of furniture of all time. We have received so many compliments. In fact, we moved in June 2016 and the new owners of our old home specifically asked where we purchased our table they loved it so much. So I sent her the information. We found the Stockton table online and it was THE table I found myself comparing to on over a year long search. Nothing local or by other companies online compared in craftsmanship or the “look”. I called and talked with David several times to obtain the perfect customized look. He listened and followed through with the perfect amount of distressing and hand scraping per photos and conversations. I have had my table 3 years now and still love it! It is a heirloom item! No nails -all mortise and tendon construction and handcrafted individually for each customer! I am so glad I did not settle as to this very day I have not seen one to compare to your Stockton table!

I purchased a Stockton farm table from this company a few years ago and couldn’t have been more pleased with the final product. After searching long and hard for something other than overpriced low quality furniture, I found David Louden and worked with him directly. I wanted a farm table but one that would fit in a more contemporary space, more gray tones vs. red tones and more flat than shiny for the tabletop. Although this wasn’t his standard, he was willing to work with me to customize it, and was very generous with his time explaining the process and answering any questions. He even sent me stain samples in advance of finishing my table since I was so picky about the final color. He created exactly the table I wanted. I was also very pleased with the quality and price of the delivery service he used to get my table from Georgia into my dining room. Great company if you are looking for that special piece. I would not hesitate to recommend David Louden.
“My wife and I came across the Louden Table around 2011 I think while looking on line at farmhouse tables. After seeing it all others online and at local stores paled in comparison. For no other reason then we knew we would have to have it shipped up from Georgia we hesitated in buying it and kept looking locally. Eventually, in 2012 we decided that we would not be happy with anything else and would be settling.
We called and placed the order with David who kept us up to date about the status of the table and even sent pictures to us of it in progress. When the table came, it surpassed our expectations . Once we got it in the house and in place my wife was literally jumping up-and-down and clapping and smiling and you couldn’t have pried the smile off my face with a crowbar 🙂

“I went on the search for a farm table 2 years ago. I was searching the internet and found Loudens’s website. I save the picture of the Stockton farm table and continued to look for something that could compare to it. There was nothing in any stores or on any website that could match it. We had them build a 96 inch table. It is beyond awesome, beautifully made. We love it so much that I had them build us a dinette table. Then I went on the hunt for a china cabinet. I actually bought one that was suppose to be antiqued and it barely had any antiquing on it and it was over $3500. It took the company 4 months to deliver and I did not like it at all. I sent it back with no charge to me. I called David and gave him the dimensions and it was built for me. We love, love, love it. It is 84 inches tall and 96 inches long. Everyone ask what old barn did it come out of and how old is it. It looks 100 years old. They do fantastic work, keep you updated along the way. David is a super nice guy to work with. I may a few more projects later on for downstairs.”

It just took a few brief phone calls to decide the details of the farm table/kitchen island that we wanted for our newly remodeled kitchen. We just took delivery of our farm table. We’re so happy with the island Louden Furniture made for our 1880 home. Has just the right aged look to it and is so well built. This is the third piece we’ve ordered from David. Each has been above and beyond our expectations. David seems to take a personal interest in each piece he builds, and genuinely cares if we are happy and satisfied. I have no doubt there will be other pieces he will make for us.
The first time that I had seen the Stockton Farm table was many years ago at the Amish Relief Auction in Cherry Creek, New York. The table was donated to the auction by the Louden Furniture Company. I fell in love with it on the spot and talked about it for years afterward. For the next few years I would see a new table at the auction, but never had a chance at bringing it home. Then on my birthday in 2018 I received an email from David at The Louden Furniture Company telling me my husband commissioned a table for me!!! I can’t say enough about the whole experience. David and John did an amazing job of making that table for me!
My husband and I have been looking at Amish made furniture for years. After finding David’s website on Facebook we took a chance on ordering several pieces from the Louden Furniture Company and all i can say is WOW! David exceeded our expectations. We ordered a coffee table, end tables, sofa table, desk, and rocker and they are the most beautiful pieces I have ever seen…the details, finishes, and craftmanship is superb! I could have ordered a table of choice from Pottery barn or from any other furniture distributor – but I chose to order from David. why? because I wanted quality and the best craftmanship. I probably have been the most impatient customer David has experienced. If you want the best – you must be willing to wait!For me, I didn’t just order a table for which to serve meals – I ordered a table that comes to us with history from an individual that takes extreme pride in each and every piece he creates. The craftmanship far exceeds any furniture I have ever seen and the beautiful custom finish cannot be found anywhere else.
